A story of past rains, the gift of trust, why it can be so hard, why we don't take it for granted, & we are looking for you, where are you?

This newsletter will read like a one acts theater play.  I had four short things to say and decided to roll them into one email.  As a former and current theater nerd, I thought this would be fun.  I hope you enjoy!

ACT 1 - THE RAIN.
This rain.  You really had to see it to believe it. I can't even imagine the stress that so many of our community members have felt the last few days as their homes, what was inside their homes, and what was outside their homes, became submerged in water.  If there is anything we can to do help please let us know.  The last few days have reminded me of El Nino from 1997 (ish).  Is anyone reading this remembering that fateful year?  I remember school being shut down, staying home with my dad while he set up a sump pump for the basement on the fly.  We watched AMC classics, read books, just chilled out and watched the rain.  I called friends, from my landline to theirs, and we talked about how crazy the rain was and how happy we were school was closed.  My dad's house was on the Upper East Side (one block from where we live now), and my mom's was near Monte Vista Elementary School.  Because of our locations we were spared.  Others were not so lucky.  At least the trees, the plants, and the lakes are being nourished by the rain.  Silver linings I suppose.

ACT 2 - DEEP GRATITUDE TO OUR CLIENTS PLEASE KNOW WE APPRECIATE YOU SO MUCH.
Thank you to our amazing clients and the trust that you put in us.  We watch our clients go through the process of making the decision to work with us.  When they do this, we know, that they are handing over a massive amount of trust.  Our clients transact quite a bit of money with our company and ultimately operate on faith that we will do right by them.  It can be an incredibly hard and scary thing to do.  Construction is a trade that we notoriously hear horror stories of swindling, poor communication, ghosting, and just plain bad behavior.  Let's face it, contractors do not have the best reputation right?  We appreciate the leap of faith that all our clients take with us.  We know construction can be incredibly stressful and unpleasant, we get it.  Please know we will do right by you, from start to finish and for the years to come.  We want you to feel safe, and want to remind you that we abide by the golden rule.  Thank you for your trust, we do not take the gesture lightly, and we are here to make this ride as smooth as possible.

ACT 3 - WHERE ARE YOU?  WE ARE LOOKING.
We are hiring an experienced Senior Project Manager and ready to pay the right person handsomely.  Experienced means experienced specifically in construction project management, not just general project management.  It's a very unique skill set.  Our pipeline for 2023 is full of fun projects, and we offer great benefits.  This is an in person full time position.  Please pass this along to anyone and everyone that you know who might either know someone, or be interested themselves.  If you have someone (near or far) who you can connect us with, here is a link to the job description.  Must be extremely reliable and have the soft skills as well as the hard.  We are offering a $6,000 recruitment bonus for this position.  Terms apply please reach out for the fine print.

ACT 4 - GOODBYE
Thank you so much for your referrals, your trust, and your support,
Sincerely
Emily Kellow
